OUR RETURN POLICY

14 days, no questions asked. If you’re not enjoying outdoor living, you can return/exchange your heaters for free, even if you've installed and used them. We accept the fact that the wall bracket might have scratches and it is ok!

Couple of things: Packaging has to be undamaged. Heater body, reflectors and lamp should not be damaged or scratched. Power cable should not be cut. No parts should be removed or replaced. Returns/exchanges can only be sent to our production facility in Wroclaw, Poland.
