Orders and shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders for almost all European Union countries. Our standard shipping takes about 1 - 5 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. The carrier (FedEx/TNT or DPD) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.
Additionally, we offer international expedited shipping worldwide with FedEx. The final price for this option will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and shipping address.
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days.
Orders will be processed in 1 or 2 working days after receiving the payment. Delivery may take up to 10 working days worldwide.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
- We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.
- Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
